By filling in this form, I hereby assume, and release Bike Walk Wichita (BWW) and everyone associated with BWW from, all of the risks associated with:
the use of facilities, services, tools, advice or assistance at BWW;
participation at any BWW event;
the use of any parts, tools, complete bicycles, or associated items furnished by BWW; and
any other harm that I may encounter during my use of the services of BWW or my role as a volunteer at BWW.
