Advocacy Ambassador Program Announcement!

Bike Walk Wichita is a grassroots organization led by residents and we are excited to have numerous bike/ped projects in progress across our city & county, but it is imperative that BWW engage more residents to help Adopt-A-Project in order to better track and engage in advocacy efforts! We need YOU!

We have the ability to transform Wichita, but that can only be done as a team effort. In response, BWW has created an Advocacy Team to help track and share projects that residents and local businesses might be interested in helping shape.

Each project is unique and moves at its own pace, so project ambassadors will determine what is needed and will update our private Bike/Ped Project List with intel, upcoming meetings, and other info that may be helpful to the Advocacy Team. Ambassadors can engage at whatever level they are comfortable with, from providing intel through the spreadsheet to meeting with decision makers, there is no minimum time commitment.
