  • RULE 91 | SAVE THOSE BUILDINGS - Historical districts offer more than just walkability. They create more jobs per square foot of development, more small businesses, and more creative jobs. They invite fewer chain businesses, more new businesses, and dramatically more women-owned and minority-owned businesses.
  • RULE 45 | CUT THE EXTRA LANES - Street racing and lane jockeying can be seen (and heard) often on Douglas Avenue. In 2014, a street race there left one dead and another charged with manslaughter. When streets have more lanes than they need, it feels more like a highway.
