ICT Field Day fundraiser June 5 at Wichita Boathouse

Bike Walk Wichita is hosting ICT Field Day on Saturday, June 5 at the Wichita Boathouse. The half-day festival will focus on connecting residents to local clubs, organizations, and businesses providing activities in ICT.

Co-hosted by Xclusive and the four Wichita Young Professional groups, the event emphasizes activities, organizations, and businesses targeted towards young adults.

“It’s been a long year for everybody,” said Cristian Cordoba, BWW Board Member and local business owner. “People are ready to get outside, socialize and connect. Our goal is to provide a fun afternoon that promotes a wide range of physical activities and interests while supporting our local community.”

The outdoor event will activate the riverbank at Wichita Boathouse to Waterwalk, including martial arts, dance classes, yoga, bike demos, yard games, live music, food and booze trucks, local vendors and more.

VIP tickets are $35, and include balcony access at the Wichita Boathouse, private bar, appetizers, indoor restrooms, and event swag. General admission tickets are $8.

Proceeds raised will help ramp up Bike Walk Wichita’s efforts to transform Wichita into a more livable, accessible and connected city by making biking and walking safe, equitable, and appealing.
