MAP-21 Conference Coming to Wichita

A bicyclepedestrian project funding funding workshop will be making a stop in Wichita, on Thursday April 4th.  This event, brought to you by the BWA in partnership with WAMPO and K-DOT, is being conducted by Advocacy AdvanceNavigating MAP-21 is a workshop intended for local MPO and project funding advocates looking to learn more about how federal transportation dollars are distributed for bicycle/pedestrian projects.  The intent is to educate the local MPO’s and advocates on how to properly advocate for full-funding of the projects, full implementation of the staffing and full implementation of the transportation program.
