Lacey is preparing to ride in the Dirty Kanza 100, a gravel event in the Flint Hills. She knew how to prepare herself for the ride, logging miles on her trainer this winter, but wasn’t sure how to prepare her bike.

Finding out about Bike Walk Wichita’s education program and ReCycle Shop, she learned how to change out her pedals to clipless and practiced side-of-the-road maintenance tips that will help keep her rolling safely.
