BWW’s Education Team has been around for about 18 months, so far we’ve hosted more than 65 classes with the community! Personally, my favorite classes to teach are with the IRC (International Rescue Committee), a non-profit that helps refugees from around the world make a successful start here. We offer a basic bike safety class,
Consider sharing a gift of any amount to help us improve biking and walking in our community. $350 will pay to certify one new League of American Bicyclists Instructor, but even $25 will cover printing costs for six months! Help us make the streets and paths in Wichita safer for everyone!

I want to thank Team RWB for helping at ReCycle last night! Thanks Kevin, Shane, Ulysses, Melinda, we got a lot done. 2 racks for bike wheels, and the ReCycle storage room is all perfectly tidy and organized. Well, we’ll just say progress was made, still lots to do!

You may have read about the Veteran whose special racing trike was stolen from his front porch. Luckily, it was recovered, but suffered significant damage. Brian Wilhite served his country and has been training for a special Wounded Warrior event. He missed that event, but with your support he can get back into training quickly.
